Manon has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, governance, and business strategy. She guides leadership teams in developing strategies, programs, and governance mechanisms to strengthen organizational resilience, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, Manon has led large-scale initiatives in the aerospace, aviation, defense, and digital technology sectors. At IATA, she spearheaded international cybersecurity programs, contributed to the development of industry-recognized standards and practices, and collaborated with several international regulatory bodies. At the NRC, she established a cybersecurity research practice, founded the Digital Technologies Collaboration Centre, and supported numerous innovative SMEs in their growth and innovation projects. She is also a co-founder of IN-SEC-M, a cluster dedicated to the development of the Canadian cybersecurity industry.
Manon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in telecommunications, as well as a certificate in cyber-investigations from Polytechnique Montréal.
