DJ is an executive leader specializing in organizational performance improvement, operational excellence, and the transformation of manufacturing, agri-food, and consumer product companies. His expertise includes operations optimization, team development, change management, and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and high-performance work systems.

With over 25 years of experience working with multinational, private, and startup companies, he has led numerous organizational integration projects and major investments. His interventions have significantly improved quality, productivity, and employee engagement, while generating sustainable results through an integrated approach focused on strategy, people, and processes.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
