Bertrand has in-depth expertise in operations management and organizational transformation. His expertise covers industrialization, automation, and robotics, global supply chain management, as well as continuous improvement through approaches such as Lean and TPM.
With over 30 years of experience, Bertrand has led complex manufacturing organizations in various sectors such as aerospace, military, energy, and transportation. He has spearheaded several major transformations, including plant integration, the reorganization of international supply chains, and the implementation of performance management systems.
Bertrand holds a degree in mechanical engineering, with a specialization in aeronautics, from Polytechnique Montréal and also holds an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
