With over 15 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture and the integration of artificial intelligence into business processes, Arnaud helps managers structure their thinking and balance exploration and exploitation, enabling them to transform their ideas into concrete,value-creating initiatives.
Arnaud is the founder of Poudre Noire, a consulting firm specialized in digital transformation. Following a merger with Logient, he took on the role of partnerand vice-president of strategy, where he piloted projects aimed at aligning business objectives, strategy and technology. He is also a certified trainer, lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke and professor of practice at McGill University.
Arnaud holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in e-commerce management and a specialized post-graduate diploma in research from the Université de Sherbrooke.
