Bernard specializes in value chain optimization for manufacturing SMEs. In particular, he advises them on the transformation of design, manufacturing and project management processes to increase business efficiency. He is also involved in the selection and implementation of management systems (ERP).
With over 25 years of experience, Bernard has held a number of executive positions at high-tech companies. In 2007, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding his own SME specializing in business process modelling and management committee coaching.
A leader recognized for his abilityto develop strategic business cases and mentor his teams, he has successfullysteered subcontractor management, complex systems integration andorganizational performance within large-scale military and industrial projects.
Bernard holds a Master in physics and a MBA from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
