As a human resources professional, Julie specializes in supporting SME management teams in their strategic HR thinking. She assists organizations in optimizing their structure, developing talent, managing mergers and acquisitions, implementing succession plans, designing compensation structures, and improving HR processes and policies.
With over 25 years of experience, Julie has worked in organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries. She has held management positions at Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium, as well as vice -presidency roles in human resources at McInnis Cement, the technology company Nakisa, and the manufacturing group PPD.
Julie has a degree in business administration, specializing in human resources, from UQTR. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
