Sabrina Poirier is a seasoned professional with experience in the strategic management of human capital. Working since the early 2000s in the consulting and human resources consulting sector, she built up extensive experience in guiding clients from several economic sectors in integrating best practices in hiring, employee evaluation and talent development. She knows how to tailor and roll out effective solutions based on the latest psychometric and technological advances in order to optimize the recruitment processes, talent selection and workforce mobility. Sabrina’s achievements include the implementation of a management succession program at Revenu Québec, the development and implementation of an organizational skills profile at Gildan and the installation of various on-line testing services for National Bank. Sabrina Poirier graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2000 with a Bachelor of Social Sciences and holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (UQO, 2005) and a Ph.D in Industrial Relations (UQO, 2015).
