A seasonned executive with a unique blend of both operational and Private Equity expertise, Roger has developed first hand experience in structuring and negociating investment and managing the complete cycle of growing companies from inception to liquidity.

As Managing Partner and co-owner of GTI Capital, a $100M private VC Fund, he played an active role in developing and managing four venture capital funds which invested in some 65 tech companies in North America and Europe. Roger was directly involved in many successful IPOs, sales, mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds. Prior to joining GTI, he started and lead the Technology Investment Group at Société générale de Financement du Québec where he succesfully managed and invested a $50M international investment program. Roger spent the first 12 years of his career in various management positions in the Telecom industry.

His operational and investment background as well as his involvement in several boards of directors have allowed Roger to acquire a solid expertise in business management, in the areas of strategic development, international growth, and corporate governance.

He now act as the North American Representative for AIM Luxembourg and provides Executive Management consulting services innovative SMEs. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Sherbrooke University and an MBA from HEC Montreal and is fluent in English and French.
