Michel Mailloux is a senior manager with broad experience in performance management, operations and marketing. He has proven himself to be a skilled negotiator and effective change agent with excellent communication skills. He launched his career in marketing with the role of Marketing Director at McDonald’s Canada. He later held the title of Sales Promotion Manager at Molson Brewery. In 1985, he accepted the role of Senior Vice President, Media and Promotion at BCP Stratégie – Créativité Inc. He subsequently held senior marketing and operations roles at Palm Publicité Marketing, Publicité Martin and Wrebbit Interactive. As of 2003, he redirected his career and began to specialize in LEAN manufacturing, strategic planning and best practices in supervision. He started off as a project manager with Toptech Groupe Conseil. From 2007 to 2012, he worked at Van Houtte, where he became Director of Continuous Improvement and oversaw a complete overhaul of the Coffee Services division operational system and the implementation of Salesforce. In 2012, he returned to consulting at Momentium and partnered with several major companies in optimizing their performance via the use or implementation of LEAN, Kaizen and Six Sigma approaches and methods. Michel Mailloux holds a Bachelor of Arts from Université de Montréal and an MA in Commercial Sciences from HEC Montréal.
