Michel Laverdure has more than 35 years’ experience in negotiation, as well as in strategy for supply, distribution, and inventory management. In the course of his career, he has been in charge of high-level operations, supply, marketing, sales, and corporate purchases. These professional experiences have allowed him to develop varied skills in the critical business areas surrounding distribution.

Most recently, he was Vice-President of Corporate Purchasing for Uni-Select, a leader in the auto parts distribution market in both Canada and the United States.

His main action areas are:

  • Supply strategy
  • Strategy, negotiation, and management of supplier accounts
  • Evaluation of commercial agreements in the context of Canadian and U.S. market conditions
  • Planning and setup of performance indicator management.
