Daniel Doucet has an extensive background in governance, business management and business development and in promoting and implementing productivity-enhancing technologies and decision-making. He has been working as a consultant since 2011 in different manufacturing and professional services fields with various sales structures. He has worked across North America and has gained his experience mainly from senior positions in the IT consulting industry, software sales, business and multidisciplinary team management, as well as positions held on various management committees and boards of directors.
From the very beginning, his mission has been to offer his clients all the products, services and advice to which he has access, primarily by making every effort to understand their issues. As a result, decisions to change and the execution of such changes are made in such a way as to maximize the return on investment and the achievement of objectives.
