Carl Beauregard has delivered many complex optimization projects in a range of settings in the private sector, the manufacturing and services sectors and the government (municipal, for the most part). He specializes in continuous improvement based on the Lean approach and held various operations management positions in production, industrial engineering, equipment and building maintenance, and continuous improvement. He has worked in companies where rapid growth, changes in organizational culture and industry strategy 4.0 were the norm.
Over the years, he also developed new methods for visual project management and day-to-day implementation of solutions. As a result, he facilitated strategic, Kaizen and 3P workshops aimed at achieving SMART objectives when it comes to corporate guidelines. He also developed and implemented performance indicators as part of the continuous improvement process. Thanks to his expertise, he acts as an advisor and trainer for managers and introduces Lean management best practices in order to change their behaviours and significantly improve process performance. He also trained hundreds of employees to Lean white belt level and several dozen to green belt level. Within the framework of these mandates, he participated in deploying Lean management methods in plants across Canada and the US.
