Alain Fiset is a strategist and manager who is passionate about organizational performance and innovation. He has built up 28 years of experience working on a range of complex business expansion, transformation and continuous improvement projects. He has worked in several different business sectors that include IT (CGI, Fujitsu, Bell and Nurun), financial services (Partenaires Cartier), aeronautical manufacturing (Pratt & Whitney Canada) and real estate and construction (Issenman & Sigler). These achievements honed his adaptability so he can better identify issues and opportunities, as well as develop a vision and winning solutions.
He has been recognized several times for the quality of his contribution and shares his knowledge on innovation levers during speaking engagements for PMI and IIBA. His experience and belief in the notion that nothing is impossible have led him to explore and contribute to innovation that takes businesses to the next level.
Alain Fiset holds a degree in engineering from Laval University, an MBA from HÉC, a graduate diploma in management from McGill, and CBAP certification in professional business analysis from IIBA. He has been a SAGE mentor for the past 9 years and works on projects aimed at lowering school drop-out rates.
