Over the course of his career, Fabio has held engineering and management positions at major companies such as General Electric and Electrolux, along with executive positions in client account management for various SMEs.
Fabio holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and also has a graduate degree in management from the Université de Sherbrooke.

Flavie Tremblay
Flavie is an experienced human resources professional, specializing in strategic consulting for SMEs. She excels at supporting management committees in building a distinctive corporate culture and integrating strong organizational values, thereby fostering a unique employee experience and an attractive employer brand. Flavie offers customized solutions ranging from operational diagnostics to implementing effective strategies for workforce planning, compensation, team building, engagement, succession planning and governance.
Backed by more than 25 years of experience, she has held key positions in various industries, working with companies such as Ubisoft, Eidos Montréal, D-BOX Technologies, Natrel and Réno-Dépôt, as well as co-founding a video game company.

Francis holds a master’s degree in physics from the Université de Dijon in France, a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, as well as an MBA from the Institut Français de Gestion de Lyon.

Gabriel Palombaro

Ghislain Ouimet

Ghislain has held a number of executive positions at manufacturing and logistics companies such as Kraft Canada, Groupe St-Hubert, Canada Bread Company and Schering Pharmaceuticals.

Gilles Boileau
With over 40 years of experience, Gilles specializes in financial modelling to ensure the sound management and long-term profitability of SMEs. Luc Grenier
Luc is a specialist in business analytics and data science.
