Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, he has held a number of executive positions at companies in various sectors, including Biron Health Group, Yellow Pages Canada and Québecor. He founded several companies, including Substance Grise, which specializes in mentoring executive teams. An active member of the community, he sits on the board of directors for Centraide of Greater Montreal.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from Concordia University. He pursued post-graduate studies at Harvard, MIT and Northwestern University. He has also earned Scaling Up and EOS (Traction) certifications, and is a Certified Corporate Director (CCD).

Pauline Amourdon
Pauline specializes in talent management, succession planning and business transfers as well as financial analysis and financing strategies. She advises SMEs on engagement and strengthening executive teams and contributes to their leadership development by fostering an integrated business approach.
With more than 20 years of experience, Pauline has held a number of executive positions in the financial sector at companies such as the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and National Bank of Canada.
Pauline holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University, an MBA from UQAM, a certificate in business transfer management from the Leadership Institute, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (Silver Medallist).
Pearl Tremblay
With over 25 years of experience, Pearl specializes in human resource management. She assists SMEs with their strategies to attract and retain talent, define roles and responsibilities, and optimize their employer branding.
Throughout her career, she has held a variety of human resource management positions in both unionized and non-unionized environments for mining and industrial corporations such as Niobec, Rio Tinto and a large engineering firm.
Pearl holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, a master’s degree in administrative sciences from Université de Sherbrooke and a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec and a Certified Human Resources Professional.
Peter Alessi
With more than 35 years of experience, Peter specializes in business strategy. He supports SMEs in their strategic alignment and planning, and acts as a mentor to management committees. He also advises them on mergers and acquisitions.
Peter has held multiple executive positions in companies in various sectors in Canada and abroad, including Martin Brower, McKesson and Belron. In 2015, he began his entrepreneurial journey by founding his company specialized in consulting.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He also holds ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Philippe Blondeau
Philippe specializes in operations optimization for SMEs in the manufacturing industry. For over a decade, he was a member of the board of directors and executive council at CIBIM, CTAQ and Pharmascience.
Pierre completed an executive course in marketing and sales at West Virginia University, as well as an executive course in management at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds a certificate in business administration from UQÀM.
René Barsalo

Renée Émond

An entrepreneur at heart, Renée founded Biolab, an environmental testing laboratory, while still in school. She served as President and CEO until the sale of her company in 2015. Her company grew through acquisition.

Since 2000, he has served on the board of directors of Les Œuvres de Jean Lafrance, an organization dedicated to youth development.
