Jean Wilhelmy
Jean specializes in investment and business development for a variety of sectors. He supports SME management teams in their strategic alignment, planning and governance.
Jean has held numerous management positions at companies such as BDC, Desjardins Investments, Énergie Capital, Hydro-Québec Capitech and SGF. For more than 10 years, he served as senior vice president for investments in development capital, aerospace, transportation, recreational tourism and environment at the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Since 2016, he has been an associate lecturer at the Executive Education school of HEC Montréal.
Jean holds an MBA from HEC Montréal. He is a Certified Corporate Director (CCD) and has completed training in executive coaching with Coaching de Gestion.
Jon Lutter Hoppenheim
Jon specializes in sales strategies for SMEs. He helps them develop and set up sales departments by acquiring the right talent and building the right systems. He advises sales teams in implementing customer approach strategies to support growth.
With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked for a marketing agency specializing in financial services, and with major clients such as Canadian Tire, BMO and Rogers. He was a sales manager for over 50 representatives.
Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dalhousie University.
Kamal Baig
Kamal specializes in strategic planning and alignment for SMEs in the agri and food industry. He supports them in their planning, value creation and governance practices. He also advises them on their business strategies and action plan to support their growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in the food sector, Kamal has held a number of management positions in Canada and internationally in companies such as Unilever, Rubicon Food Products, Griffith Foods and Agrocrop Exports.
Kamalholds an MBA from the University of Leicester (UK) and completed a Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School.
Louis Fortier
With a long career spanning over 40 years, Louis specializes in strategic planning and marketing. He supports SMEs in developing or enhancing their business model and positioning. He advises them on their brand architecture and their distribution and marketing channels to deliver an optimized client experience in their market.
Louis has held executive positions at major corporations in the agri-food industry such as Labatt, Unibroue and Agropur as well as at advertising agencies such as BCP and Marketel.
Louis has a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in finance from HEC Montréal.
Louise McNally
Louise specializes in sales strategies and market development. She supports SMEs in their planning and their marketing strategy for retailers. She advises sales teams and teaches best practices to drive growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in the agri-food sector, Louise has held a number of management positions at companies such as Agropur, Saputo and Maison LeGrand.
Louise holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a major in marketing, from the Université de Sherbrooke.
Luc Grenier
Luc is a specialist in business analytics and data science. He employs its analytical approach with SMEs to help them organize, model and analyze data to optimize decision-making, with the aim of preparing them to integrate AI solutions. He also supports companies in defining relevant performance indicators based on their business needs and long-term growth plans.
Luc began his career as a data scientist in genetics. He went on to become a top-level international sports coach and now devotes his time to advisory projects.
Luc holds a master’s degree in bioinformatics from Université Laval and is currently completing an MBA (2023). He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Ludovic Bianciotto
Ludovic specializes in digital strategy for SMEs. He supports them in assessing their digital maturity and choosing technology-based solutions to improve their operational efficiency. He also advises them on how to improve their business processes.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ludovic has held a number of management positions at companies in Quebec and abroad, including Effecto, Mobil Software and Mobil outils.
Ludovic holds a degree in computer engineering specialising in information, production and decision support systems from ISIMA in Clermont Auvergne (France). He holds ITIL V3 and PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certifications for software product design.

Marc Bourret

Backed by more than 45 years of experience, Marc began his career as a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, then went on to work with service and manufacturing companies in both the military and commercial aerospace sectors, including Bombardier Defense and Aerospace, CAE, Bell Helicopter, Aerolia Canada / Stelia North America and LTA Aerostructures.
Marc holds a diploma in aerospace engineering from the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Engineering, along with a certificate in helicopter test flight engineering from the École du Personnel Naviguant d’Essais et de Réception (EPNER) in Istres, France.
Marc Malouin
With more than 45 years of experience, Marc specializes in finance and business development for SMEs, as well as supporting management committees. In particular, he advises them on development strategy, business model planning, and identifying financial partners for merger and acquisition projects.
Marc has held a number of management positions at international companies in various sectors, including Bombardier, Sonaca and Québecor. For over 25 years, he was a director and chairman of audit committees for public companies in the information technology sector. Actively involved in the community, he sat on the finance committee of Parkinson Québec for more than eight years.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major in finance from the University of Ottawa. He is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) and has the designations of CPA in the U.S. and CGMA.
Marc Perron
Marc specializes in strategic alignment for SMEs with a strong technology component. He supports them in their planning and their search for alliance partners. By integrating solutions based on artificial intelligence, it optimizes intellectual property valuation and technology transfer, helping companies to position their innovations on the market and maximize their deployment.
With more than 20 years of experience, Marc began his career working for major companies such as Motorola, Corel and Hydrep. In 2006, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding his own company specializing in commercializing deep tech technologies from the engineering field.
Marc holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from Université Laval and a certificate in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Marie Bélanger

Marie-Christine Ruest
For more than 17 years, Marie-Christine has specialized in human resources, supporting SMEs especially in recruitment, performance management, retention and engagement. Among other things, she provides advice on organizational structure, skills development, change management and succession planning. She also participates in projects to coach company managers and executives in management skills.
Marie-Christine has held a number of positions in consulting and coaching for operations, professional and management teams in the manufacturing and consulting engineering sectors, in particular at Premier Tech and SNC-Lavalin.
Marie-Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal, as well as a certificate in human resources management from HEC Montréal. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Marie-Claude Chouinard

With over 40 years' experience, Marie-France is a specialist in commercialization, marketing and brand development and management.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior positions in the retail industry with major Canadian food and pharmaceutical banners such as Groupe Metro and Jean-Coutu, for whom she led the development of private label programs. She also participated in the implementation of corporate social responsibility plans and the adoption of sustainable and responsible practices.
Marie-France holds an MBA in Marketing from HEC Montreal.
