Hugh Dysart
CEO
Hugh is an experienced telecom executive with 25 years in the areas of operations, research and development, product management, marketing and general management. He has established and run several business units within Nortel and has mentored a number of venture units both within and outside of Nortel.

Jom Aw
Founding President
Jom received his PhD in Microbiology from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from the Ivey School. He has developed a successful track record in education, R&D, technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. He is a Board member of OCRI, OLSC and ARIO (the Ontario Agriculture Institute).

Tom Hayward
Director, Business DevelopmentTom brings to Inno-centre a wealth of experience in business planning, marketing, new product development and strategic planning based on over 22 years in the telecom industry working for companies such as BCE Media, Stentor Resource Centre and Bell Canada.

Mark Lindsay
Market Development
Mark has over 20 years experience developing business programs "from the ground up" linking Canadian and International technology firms. He has considerable experience creating and leading several successful technology initiatives and collaborative agreements through roles in product line management, strategic planning and business development for companies including Nortel and Newbridge, Applied Silicon and AIT.
