Francine Gauthier

Senior Business Advisor

Specialized in finance, with a solid background in administrative, financial and people management, Francine Gauthier, CGA, has more than 20 years of experience working with both small and medium-sized businesses and finance companies.

Ms. Gauthier began her career with an accounting firm and quickly discovered an interest in companies working with advanced technologies. She began her career as administrative and financial Director with the Centre québécois pour l’informatisation de la production before accepting an offer from Inno-centre in 1992 as Director of administrative and financial services. She then worked as a financial management advisor.

Ms. Gauthier was progressively recruited by various other companies, including Investissements 3L, FSTQ, BDC and SPG International. As a consultant today, she completes various mandates, particularly in financial management and financing packages, solicitation for financing, and organizational and financial diagnostics.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Gauthier has sat on several boards of directors of private corporations and non-profit corporations.
